Wayne joined BNG in early 2017 as a service technician, and he is currently Service Field Supervisor. Wayne has extensive experience in all aspects of servicing all kinds of HVAC equipment for home and businesses, including many of the larger systems. Wayne lives on Evansville's West Side with his wife Kari and their four sons.
Shawn joined BNG in 2016 as a service technician. He previously worked at Broerman & Sons as a service technician and installer. Shawn is very detail oriented and methodical as he services your HVAC systems, and with his years of experience, you can be sure you are in good hands when Shawn arrives at your home or business. Shawn lives in Newburgh with his wife Melissa and their five children
Pat started at BNG in 2017 and is our lead custom fabricator in our sheet metal shop. Pat operates our plasma cutter and other machines that create all the custom ductwork BNG uses to make our installations the best around.
Nathan joined BNG in January, 2016 as a Comfort Consultant. Nathan comes to us from his family business- Gogel Insulation and Drywall, Inc.--where he worked for many years with his father and brother. Nathan is also a licensed home inspector, so his knowledge of building codes and the right way to do things is very extensive. Nathan served in the United States Navy for six years, and was stationed in Virginia, Florida, California, and Italy. He enjoys cooking and gardening in his spare time, and volunteers with the Men's Club at St. John's Catholic Church in Newburgh. Nathan grew up in Newburgh and St. Meinrad, Indiana and currently resides in Newburgh.
Chad joined BNG in 2014 as a Journeyman HVAC installer. Chad was born in Evansville and lives on the east side with his wife and three children. He enjoys volunteering at his church and with Tri-state Tres Dias, a local Inter-denominational Christian organization. He also enjoys just spending time at home with his family and at his children's sporting events.
Tyler joined BNG as a service Technician in 2015. In October, 2017, Tyler transitioned from being a full-time service technician to the sales arena and now serves as a BNG Comfort Consultant. He previously worked with two different contractors in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Tyler was born in Okinawa, Japan, but raised in Santa Claus, Indiana. Besides the local area, he has also lived in North Carolina, Bowling Green, and Indianapolis. Tyler enjoys kayaking, hiking, fishing, and deer hunting, and also helps out with youth wrestling teams. Tyler and his wife Jenna live in Newburgh.
Bill joined BNG in 2014 as a Commercial Customer Service representative. Bill calls on our commercial clients to insure that BNG is able to meet their HVAC needs effectively. Bill was born and raised in Gibson County, and currently makes his home in Evansville, with his wife Joanie. He enjoys watching baseball, and participating in Bible study, playing with his three grandchildren, and mentoring young people. He also likes sweet tea, and salt water taffy!
Paul is the third generation of the Lewellyn family to manage Boonville Natural Gas Corporation and BNG Heating & Cooling. Paul graduated Magna Cum Laude from St. Louis University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and in 2015 from Indiana University Kelley School of Business with a Masters of Business Administration. Paul has been working in the family business since the age of 10, starting out mowing grass, then helping with gas line construction, and now as Vice President and Assistant Manager. Paul is married to his high school sweetheart, Hannah, and lives in Boonville. He enjoys camping, hiking, waterskiing, and brewing his own beer at home.
Debbie joined BNG in 2013 as part of the team from Brauns Appliance and Air Conditioning. Debbie is our installation and sales coordinator, managing customer appointments for new system installations. She was born in Perry County, raised in Spencer County, and now lives in Richland with her husband Darryl (who she met at her high school prom and married 3 months later!), and has two children and two grandchildren. She volunteers at her church and with the local fire and police departments. She enjoys attending church, playing the piano and singing, camping, motorcycle riding, and baking and decorating cakes.
Billy started at BNG in April of 2012. He has been a journeyman since 1984 and primarily handles commercial HVAC jobs here with his more than 30 years experience. Billy was born in Henderson, and now lives in Rockport, IN with his wife and sons. Billy enjoys fishing, camping, hunting, NASCAR, and BBQing. He also coaches little league soccer and baseball.
Henry started working at BNG in June of 2012. Henry has been working in the heating and cooling business for over 37 years--before BNG, he worked 20 years at Derr Heating & Air Conditioning and 11 years Airwright Heating and Cooling before that. Henry is a very versatile man-- after many years working as an installer, he now serves as BNG's warehouseman, getting all our jobs prepped and ready to go, and he also helps with our sheet metal manufacturing duties making the custom ductwork that sets our installations apart from the other guys. Henry was born in Evansville, and now lives in Elberfeld with his beagle, who he loves to take with him wherever he goes. Henry enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, horseshoes, and spending time working with elderly members of the community in Elberfeld.
Carla joined BNG Heating & Cooling as dispatcher and customer service coordinator in 2011. In 2017, Carla took on the very big job of Service Manager and has been working hard to make sure all our customers are well cared-for and to grow BNG's service department. She lives in Boonville with her husband, Boonville Firefighter "Junior" Heck. They have two sons, and three grandchildren.
Greg joined BNG in 2012 as a commercial sales and installation professional. Greg is a journeyman HVAC technician with many years experience, having worked for A.B. White & Sons, and Jack Frost for more than 25 years. He has also worked for several Construction and Facility Management firms in the area. Greg is originally from Iowa, and now makes his home in historic Newburgh with his two grandsons.
Scott joined forces with BNG Heating & Cooling in March, 2014. Prior to the merger, he owned and operated Schindler Heating & Air Conditioning in Newburgh with his wife Jonna since 1996. Scott holds a Master HVAC license in Vanderburgh County and is very well-versed in all aspects of Heating & Air Conditioning sales, service, and maintenance. Scott also holds an ACCA certification Energy Star Quality Assurance. Scott did his training in Heating & Air with Preske Heating and Cooling in Evansville. He enjoys golf, hunting, and fishing. He volunteers with Special Olympics and his church. Scott lives in Newburgh with his wife and three children.
Marla began working here in January of 2007 and handles customer service here at BNG. Before coming to BNG she worked at Heritage Federal Credit Union and for the Boon Township Trustee’s office. Marla was born in Evansville, but now lives in Boonville with her husband Donald and their daughter Amy who is away at college. Marla enjoys reading and music, and volunteers at her church and at Hope Central.
Nick has been with Boonville Natural Gas since 2006. In August 2017, Nick took a "very part-time" position with the company in order to pursue family interests. Nick is an equipment operator and works on gas line construction, as well as helping out the HVAC department with installations and tear-outs. Nick enjoys hunting and camping and especially spending time with his family. Nick volunteers with Warrick County 4-H. Nick was raised in Boonville and now lives in Chandler with his wife Michele and their two sons.
Butch is another long-time loyal employee of Boonville Natural Gas. He started as a part-time meter reader and construction helper in 1988 and now serves as Operations Manager for the company. Butch is charged with monitoring all safety systems for the utility and manages all the field operations of the utility.
Jarrod joined Boonville Natural Gas in 2006. He assists with installation of gas lines for new equipment installations and with checking existing equipment for code compliance. Jarrod was born in Louisville, but moved to Boonville at age 2. He is an avid UK basketball fan, an also enjoys hunting and anything involving his family. He lives in Boonville with his wife Tera. They have two daughters and one grandson.
Susie is a long-time loyal member of the Boonville Natural Gas Corporation staff, having joined the company in 1987. Susie handles customer service, billing, and accounts payable for both the HVAC department and the utility. Susie was born in Evansville but traveled around the world as a child, since her father was in the US Army. She enjoys reading, knitting, and crocheting, and donates her crocheted hats to the Neo-natal Intensive Care Unit. She is learning to play the piano. She lives in Boonville with her husband John. They have one daughter, two sons, and four grandchildren.
Kenny has been with Boonville Natural Gas since 1993. He is the Gas crew foreman and has over 20 years of experience. Kenny primarily works on gas line construction, but can help our HVAC techs if needed. Kenny was born in Jacksonville, Arkansas, and now lives in Selvin, Indiana with his wife and four children. He enjoys hunting and fishing. He also spends time working with junior league football teams and volunteering at the Selvin Methodist Church.
Gary has worked for Boonville Natural Gas more than once. He first started here in 1983 in the HVAC department. In 1993 he left to work at GE Plastics, but he came back to BNG in 2002. Gary was born in Evansville, and now lives in Chandler with his wife Brenda and their dogs Winston and Zoe. Gary’s main hobby is his Harley motorcycle, but he also helps his wife at the Evansville Civic Theater, and volunteers at the Warrick Humane Society.
